I live in India, what kind of a power adapter i'll need in England?

Plugs and sockets in the UK look like this :-

so you need to adapt from whatever you have (which may be the old fashioned British 3 round pin) to the now standard UK 3 flat pin.

The voltage is the same as India (nominal 220/240 VAC) so you do not need to worry about voltage conversion - just the mechanical change
