I live in Ireland but I have to pay for photo shop and pay in US dollars. ?

I really really want to customise clothes but I need photo shop, but to download that I need to pay in US Dollars. Is there anyway that I can't pay, or just pay in euro's?

You don't have to pay in dollars. If you go to www.adobe.com and select your region, then select photoshop, you will be able to pay in euro. You can also get a month's free trial before you purchase.
