  1. Yes, they have a COD payment system.

    COD payment is "代金引換(daikin hikikae)" in Japanese.

    However, they charge extra fee other than postage for COD payment.

    up to 100,000 yen (total product cost) → 800 yen (fee)

    100,001 to 300,000 yen → 1,500 yen

    300,001 to 500,000 yen → 3,000 yen
