There's a place called Liquor Barn in Louisville that sells Derby hats.

liquor barn does sell derby hats....  small selection, and cheep imported product.

One of my neighbors makes derby hats.  This is what she does all year long.  She is already filling custom orders for next yrs derby.  Here is the shocker!!!!  She gets anywhere from 4k to 20 k for her hats.   (now thats just stupid!)
