  1. I think you can just mail them, ask the postmaster for more detail about what you need to do.  Your buddy will have to pay the taxes and duty.


  2. Take them to the post office and you will be asked to fill out a customs declaration form indicating what is in the package, the value, and that it is a gift.  That is all you have to do.
