I live in Massachusetts too, but nope, no such thing as a sonic-esque place up here. They are building an A&W and Red Robin in Foxborough near Gilette stadium. I've been to a real sonic though, and they are so awesomely 50s. They serve you in your car. I've been there in Florida.

What about A&W? They have hamburgers, hot dogs, floats, shakes, etc. like Sonic.

Yes..try any Sonic in Kansas or Missouri

I lived in MA and there are really no similar type restaurants up there. (I live in FL now) They might have similar type food, but they don't have any chain restaurant that has carhops. I do think it's frusrating though because they advertise all the time on TV up north and there are none there!

Look for something called "The Howdy Drive In" or there's another one called "Allen's". It's a pretty cool place but it might just be a local thing but it might be national.
