Question:

I live in Massachusetts and am in zones 5-6, What are good suggestions for perrenial flowers in my garden?

i want suggestions so I have colour all through spring into summer and early autumn. i have columbines, peonies, lavender, flox... what else? I have a big garden in full sun. thanks so much in advance guys!

  1. bearded irises would blooom just before peony then catmint gailadia  coreopsis black eyed susan  coneflower  sedums  may night salvia hibiscus the choices are numerous


  2. lavender,Shasta daisies,pansies and herbs like sage,and chives

    Check out your local nursery.they grow the perrenials for your area and would help you plan a larger garden.

  3. Try calling a nearby florist and they most likely answer your questions. I found a large list of Massachusetts local florists. http://www.localfloristsonline.com/Massa... I suggest calling one close to where you live.

  4. You can plant dahlias,  Iris' hydrangeas,and Tiger Lillies.

    I would plant the big dahlias they are more sturdy than the smaller ones.
