Well, the first thing to do seems to be to establish some kind of income.  If you have the choice of leaving home after you find a job, this is of course much more preferable.  If not, see if there are communal homes or coops or some kind of living arrangement where you can share the household duties with others in similar circumstances while you look for a job and a place to live that suits your needs and preferences.

Work is a good place to make friends as well, especially if the job you find has others in your same age group.

I would focus on your work, and life as simple a lifestyle as you can and build a reserve of savings to ease anxieties.

what do you mean how do you do it?  Live on the streets, if you like.  Get a job, move in with some elses parents, move to Pakastan.

Do have any substantial education?  Do you have any savings?    Figure out a way to make money, in a legal way. Save your money as much as you can. Get a bank account. Save save save.  Spending only enough to eat and provide yourself with shelter.  Rent a room at someones house. Keep your door locked.  All you need is water, a mattress, soap, food, your job and a bank account.  Forget spending money on internet access, cell phones, trendy unnecessary clothing and whatever luxuries that you don't really need.
