I'm moving to Sydney in October. I've lived in New Zealand for the past 3 years and I have literally purchased the whole world. I would like to take it all back to Sydney with me. What options do I have? I have hundreds of shoes, clothes and accessories, millions of books, dvd's and cds. Can some please send me links and maybe contact numbers of some good transporting companies (I don't even know what their called)

Cheers Janet

  1. Look up the phone book for overseas removalists

  2. Ansett Wridgeways are pretty good. Expensive but reliable.

  3. Get in touch with someone who will deliver a container to your house that you can fill up, insure, then they come and put it on a truck then onto the ship.  Ring Maritime Services in your area they will have lists of companies that they deal with on a day to day basis.

  4. Sell everything except what you really treasure and start fresh when you get to Sydney. Good luck!
