  1. Why is this in the Australian section and not the New Zealand or Middle East section?


  2. You have to be in the country to do that.  Visit the Criminal Investigation Department and go through the process. You have to be there to fill out the form, sign it, pose for a photo, and more importantly, for fingerprinting procedures.
