You will either need satilite TV or if you want (it'll cost you a bit of cash) you can register on www.rugbyworldcup.com and pay $49.99 which is about €37 you can download all the matches from the world cup and keep them on your computer there is also other news updates and archive clips. the only catch is that you have to wait 24 hours before you can download them, or download individaul matches for $1.04.
