I live in Philadelphia and would like to take an official IQ test, where can i do this ?

I would like a test like the Stanford Binet 5, or the Wechsler (not the short form).

How can i go about getting this and paying for it?

Official IQ tests are given by psychiatrists.  You could contact your local school district and see who gives them for the schools in the area.  I know gifted and talented teachers give them as do the diagnosticians (testers for special ed).
