I live in SC and im wondering how much would it charge me to call someone in Canada?

The person who makes the call pays the long distance charge unless you make it a collect call. The only place you can find out for sure how much you will pay for a long distance call is to talk to whoever provides your long distance service.

Go buy a phone card..It is the best and cheapest way... Sprint has a good one, Verizon, etc. Check CVS  and other stores  for them.

I'm also in SC and I call Toronto daily.  Normal cost is $.87 first 10 minutes and .10 for each additional.
