I don't know about your area, but in the San Jose area, frozen crawfish are readily available in the freezer section of larger asian markets.

Try the asian stores such as Vien dong or 69 market. vien dong is located @ university ave and 54th st. also on 54thst. and elcajon blvd

Ranch 99 market in Kerney Mesa and Major Market in Escondido both sell them.  I think Viet Dong also in Kerney Mesa sells them at the seafood counter.
