I live in So. CA (usually over 90F). Can I fry a (free-range) egg white on car dashboard & how?

Please let me know if you know of a certain temperature it needs to be in the car for me to do this. The digitally car tells me the temperature. Otherwise I'd imagine, I only need a frying pan and a bit of oil. Thanks!

probably.

get a black cast iron pan.

put it on a towel or 2 on your dashboard and leave it for an hour or 2.

make sure the windows are closed.

better if it's a black car.

then put the egg in it.

if you like that, you'll love auto apple.

put an apple on your dashboard in the sun for an hour or 2.
