All motorcycle brand have 250cc chopper style bikes.

Just look in your local yellow pages (under motorcycle).  That old thing.

I looked online and found a couple diff places you can try...www.monstermarketplace.com   www.worldbuy.com/mini chopper  www.scooterportal.com all are in cali..Also check out scooterdepot .com they offer a cali street legal mini dragon which is what i have and love it. But am going to swap out the engine for a V-Twin just for looks tho not out of lack of power the 200 mini dragon has tons of take off and running speed..
