I want to hold a small car wash. I know my first step is to find a location to hold it at, but what I don't know is if I need some type of permit & if I do where to get it from. Everything else is in line. Can someone PLEASE help!!!!!

You need to call City Hall. They'll tell you what you need and that's the best place to get accurate information.

Is it for a non-profit? If so, you can probably just make arrangements with a gas station or some other business that has the facilities that you need. I don't think you need a permit, but you may want to run it past your city government just to make sure.
