I live in Stockton Ca. I want a local deckhand job. Where should I start?

I'm 40 years old and would like to try working on a commercial fishing boat. Don't know where to start looking.

cool. i live close to there. try looking near the bay...and maybe something like that is there.

look for a commercial fishing  where they have boats look in the phone book for starters where they go fishing or dock the boats that's a start
