I live in Toronto Canada and I am very upset with a builder. Is there any place I could phone to complain?

Since May I have left several e-mails and messages to a builder and not once have they returned my call, they added a blog but answer everyones question except mine. Who can I call to get some answers

Are you talking about a home builder? Did you buy a new home? If you did, you may be in luck. New homes in Ontario are generally covered by Tarion's guaranteed warranty program. Tarion also licenses builders. Call Tarion.
