Mainly beacuse the health care system sucks here. How are payment made and the general fees associated with this? My sister in law lives in Pickering so I would be staying in there.

  1. Not cheap if you don't have insurance (and they might deny you if you knowingly entered another country for the purpose of delivering).

At the small hospital in my town, it is minimum $400 per visit and $2200 per day for non-residents.  There are charges for other medical services on top of it.

  2. EXPENSIVE.  You are looking at about 10,000 for delivery alone.

  3. you will have to pay all doctor and hospital fees,it will be thousands of dollars

having a baby in Canada will not help you stay in Canada, you will have to leave before your visa expires

  4. Do you mean that you want to have your baby in Canada, or you want to get a job here as a birthing mother, birthing coach, or midwife?

If you mean that you want to come work here and deliver babies, that is usually left up to the doctors here, but midwifery is an option in some provinces.

You may want to review the link I attached.

  5. Typically the Canadian consulate won't give you a visa to come here to give birth.... There are ofcourse ways around this (lying about being pregnant etc..in which case it has to be early stages of pregnancy)... but then you would be scamming the system...

If you want your child (and eventually yourself) to have Canadian citizenship then please take the legal way and apply for it.

If I offend you, then that was not my intention..
