The best job for anyone that age is news paper delivery. I did it and my neighbor did it and it was a good job and not too difficult. Most restaurants and places of that nature wont hire until you are 16.

Ok, so first I must ask is she motivating this question or you? Because if it is you, she will never make any money, as it is you that has the desire for her to have her own money. Anywho, ther are many things she can do in your very own neighborhood. She could babysit, wash cars, carry in peoples trash cans, rake leaves(fall is coming soon) etc. Just ask your neighbors! I would love to pay a child in my condo complex to take out the trash!

Due to child labour laws, she probably won't be able to get a job working for a company. Have her try volunteer at your local hospital or library. Or, have her start her own business for pet sitting, baby sitting, mowing lawns, etc.
