I don't know if they have these stores where you are located, but I picked one up at a store called Hot Topic. If you have one just ask them to order you one, or go to their website and order it. It's a legit store, so you know that you will get what you pay for.

Take the ferry to Vancouver.  There's a mexican mask store up from the pier on Robeson Street about 5 blocks.  It's a short walk.
