I live in a apartment?

ok i live on the first floor of my apartment and when my sisters are loud they stomp on the floor and sometimes they do it when we r just watching tv and arent making any noise what so ever and so we got so fed up with it we started to pound on the ceiling and they just kept on doing it back we dont know if its a mom with kids or if they are elderly but its getting REALLY annoying what should i do should we battle on pounding on the celing or should we go up stairs and talkto them or go to the manager and consult them?

only if they are nice talk to then if they do not sound like nice people dont go...

and the bad thing is if  you go up there and talk to them you just end up masking them more mad and it will get worse..

go to the manager right away
