I have not been able to find out if it is a Federal Law that allows me to.

  1. yes

  2. It's your property do whatever you want with it.  Do you really think the gov't or police force are going to come and make you take down the American Flag?  Sounds like a great way to show how horrible your town is if they try that.  (I put money on it you live in a Democrat/Socialist/Communist run town.  I'm only basing this on the odds being almost 100% because they're anti-american.)  Show your pride.  Stand up for what you believe and you'll find there are a lot more pro-American supporters than you thought.  They aren't the outspoken insane liberals that try to eliminate freedoms like speach and property rights so you don't hear about them as much though they will support you and show in your store, which is what matters.  Let us know where you are at and what happens because I'll gladly come by and support you or send some cash to help with extra flags.

  3. Your best bet is to go to your city council as there may be a local ordinance.  There may be requirements as to size and where you can place your flag.  For example it would be illegal if you placed that flag in the sidewalk or street.  You can also contact your local Public Works code enforcement.  They can tell where you can't put the flag.

  4. It should be mandatory as long as it does not create a safety problem.

  5. Yes, there is a Federal Law that allows you to.  But have a sense of proportion-- DON'T be like some who fly a battleship-sized flag!  A regular one will do.
