Your kids need to be in a community where they can be outside, where they can see the sun, go for walks with you, and play!  No one should find out if you get a medicaid card.  Many times, it is asked on the application how many people live in your apartment, and what your rent amounts are.  Your landlord might put down 1 adult, and then your application would be destroyed.  Talk to your caseworker about your situation.  Good luck!

Actually, even if it's a senior living community, they have to allow for a certain amount of children (by law).  They just don't make this fact known because they want to discourage children.  Chances are there is nothing they can do to you.

what do you mean you can't have kids in your community?? Do you live in an apartment that doesn't allow children?? Unless it specifically states it is senior housing..they can't not discriminate against having children...its called fair housing laws and they have to allow children..
