  1. There must be a reason--are you a trouble maker? Play your music loud? Have allots of company coming and going?? Think about what you have or have not been doing to bring this on.

Move on and next time get something in writing.

  2. If you have no written lease, you are subject to termination on a monthly basis.  They need only give you a proper thirty day notice of their desires to have you leave, and you need to be out by that time.

  3. It all depends, if you didn't pay your rent, or you are doing something that you shouldn't be doing, they can kick you out.  If you didn't pay your rent, they can sue in court for possession by giving you an eviction notice, in this case they don't have to give you 30 days.  But, if they just want you out, they have to give you a 30 day notice.  Usually when landlords want to "kick someone out" they have good reason.  You need to elaborate.

  4. You have the right to leave at the end of the Thirty Day Notice period. That's all. Good luck to you.

  5. You have 30 days to vacate the house.
