I live in belfast and want to report a car parked in my close with no tax, whats the number to ring?

this car was abandoned months ago and tax was out of date from last october. its taking up a parking space a relative of the residents could be using so i want to report it. what is the number??? remember i live in belfast

Reporting of unlicensed vehicles on the public highway
