I live in california and if i were to be homeschooled would i get college credits for a UC or CSU school?

It depends on if the course/curriculum/program you used would be accepted by the UC system.  I would jump on a CA HS'ing board/group and read/ask there about what others have done.  Surely UC has some info online about what is required and accepted.

but what you could do if you are in 11 or 12 grade go to a Community Collage and you can start getting your collage credits early (and still be in high school)
