new york. i've lived in new york all my life, if i ever go on vacations and have pizza in other places, there actually is a big difference.

pizza huts, dominos, and all those other places honestly shouldn't exist in new york. i don't get why they are still in buisness, because it tastes like garbage!

Definitely New York, specifically Brooklyn...

Pfft... I went to California and they had all this tofu and bean sprouts pizza with mango salsa thing.  That's not a pizza.  Whoever calls that a pizza deserves to be slapped.  As a New Yorker, I do not respect pizza places like CPK, Pizza Hut, or Dominos... It's pizza, just not real pizza.  Ugh.  Those places do not get any respect.

Seriously, you do not put bean sprouts, tofu, and walnuts with some fruity tutti salsa on a pizza.  Stupid California's idea of a so-called pizza.  When I get my pizza, I want all the pizza grease dripping off of it.  It's SOOOO good!

Since i live in the new york area, and iv never been to california i would definetly have to say  brooklyn's pizzaria in edgewater has the best pizza.

I live in Los Angeles and am just fine with my pizza places. Thanks. No bean sprouts and anything else weird here. My favorites are California Pizza Kitchen, Numero Uno Pizza, and Napoli Pizza (this last place is owned by real Sicilians so you can't get more authentic than that). Don't judge pizza by region. Doesn't matter where it's from as long as it's good.
