Assuming you live in Manitoba (where I do).

Your net pay on that cheque should be about $ 653.00.

Gross Pay = 800

Taxes = 100

EI = 14

CPP = 33

800-100-14-33 = $ 653.00

Assuming this is all you are going to make this year, you will get the $ 100.00 taxes back when you file an income tax return next April :)
