I live in canada for 3 years now & i went college & graduate but not one seem to give me a chance to hire why?

like i said every where i went, they did ask me for work expericnece in canada unless i work here how can i get the expericnce and can't compare with canadian. English language is my second language. I know i am smart but i don't understand why this is happening to me

you might want to go to your local library and sing up for english language classes, get to leasrn the english language better for one suggestion. and set your sites for work a little lower, perhaps...better chance to get hired and work your way up the ladder. also what is your 3 year degree in...you might need to take more schooling to get your ideal job. i wsh you luck, but remember just because you went to school doesn't mean you are completely qualified....ask the people that interview you where were your strengths and weaknesses, follow up with them!!
