not all many titles are region-free depends on the studio, in the future all titles would be region-coded  but for the ones with region lock this is the chart

    * Region A/1: North America, South America, East Asia except for China (India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia etc.)

    * Region B/2: Europe and Africa

    * Region C/3: China, Russia and other countries
