Do your research. Look up agencies and get a lady friend to ring them up pretending she wants a male escort and see how they treat her.  When you've decided on an agency or two, go along and see them - you may not be suitable! Even if they want to take you on, do not give any agency money up front, and make sure you know what is expected of you before you go out on a job.
