  1. The wonderful thing about a free market society is that people can charge what they want and what the market will bear for the rental and purchase of real property.

    I really doubt if you have got rent control in the city or state you live in, but you can check with the local housing authority and they can answer your question.


  2. Bob H is dumb and didn't read your question correctly.  There is no limit as long as they change it between lease periods.  The good thing about signing a lease is that you have your rate locked in for the length of the lease.

  3. I'm pretty sure there isn't. And besides, that is extremely cheap.
