  1. You don't have to exchange your money - you can use US money pretty much anywhere in Canada.  With the two currencies being almost at par right now you will probably save money by not exchanging it.

  2. exchange your money into Canadian either before you come, or at a bank in Canada

if use US dollars at Canadian stores, they will give you a worse exchange rate than what you would get a bank.

fyi, the current exchange rate is $1 Canadian = 99.4 cents US so its almost equal

  3. you can use American money, but you will probably get ripped off a little.  I did when I went there.

  4. I suggest using a credit card. That will usually get you a decent rate of exchange.

If you are going with a group, try pooling your money, you get a better rate the more you exchange.

    Don't forget required ID's

  5. If you are spending a lot of  money there, it is worth to do the exchange here in the US. Otherwise, you can use your american dollars there, but for a not-so-good exchange rate.

  6. You can use american money.I live in Michigan too..Rate me top answer bro:)

  7. exchanging your money is the best choice i do live in windsor and if you don't then you might get ripped off by some off the retailers.
