  1. GMT is Greenwich Mean Time = what time it is in Greenwich, London. You wouldn't really say "my" GMT is GMT is simply "GMT" no matter where anyone is. It's the time zone we base all of our time zones on. CST (central standard time zone) is -6 GMT meaning 6 hours less than/before GMT. So if it is 9:56PM in MN, it is 3:56AM GMT

2 hours less than CST is PST (Pacific Standard Time) in the western USA, which is -8 GMT.

To calculate what GMT is be at your current time in MN, add 6 hours.

That said, it's different in summer as GMT becomes British Summer Time, which is 1 hour ahead of GMT. So from the same location in London, they're only 5 hours ahead in summer. In winter, it's GMT and 6 hours ahead.

  2. 1:56 A.M.

  3. it would be minus 2  or 7:56
