I live in mobile al and the hurricane might hit me too if the hurricane destroys my house....?

would i get a check or something to repleace my stuff .... note that im renting a trailer in mobile i took pictures of my belongings computer tvs beds all the stuff that is pretty expensive. i was wondering if all that got destoryed would it be replaced if i have no insurance? not the trailer but my personal belongings such as computers tvs bedding clothes and things like that

  1. If you don't have insurance, you will probably not get any help in replacing your stuff. FEMA may give assistance in your area, but there are no guarantees. And they would just give a fixed amount that probably would not even come close to covering your losses.


  2. FEMA usually comes in to help out those without insurance but since you are renting, they arent going to pay you for the loss of the house. The owner will get paid. Now they might give you money to replace essentials such as clothing and also to help you get back on your feet.
