how can i know which is the best preschool in montreal?also does one has to be a resident of the area where the school is located? wat if the good school is not in my area?

Check out your local churches, alot of them have good preschools and you do not have to be a member of the church for your child to attend.

Your very best resource are local mothers who have a child 12 to 24 months older than yours.  Network with them.
