I live in ny going to florida?

My 3 year old daughter does not have a passport or a picture i.d will they let her in the plane with just a birth certificate??

Nobody under the age of 18 is required by any law to have a photo ID while traveling domestically.

yes they will. Thats how i always flew to other states. if you ever wanted to travel out of the country then she would need a passport. Hope you have funn here in florida!!

You probably won't need a passport and a birth certificate is probably good enough but with the security getting higher and higher I would STRONGLY suggest getting some form of picture i.d.

your child doesn't need a passport if you are taking a plane through the united states only if you are traveling out of the country.

i would not move to florida because in the summer it gets to hot and there are hurricanes and tornado's.
