I live in philadelphia and i want to know my homes history like deaths in etc.?

i really need to know if there is any way to know my houses history

General detective work. Go to the realtor or the county city building and find out the last five or ten people who owned the house. Neighbors may be able to help out on that too. Then go to the newspaper morgue and find out about those names and look through obituaries, just prior to the sale of the house. Don't forget there may have even been some renters. It won't be easy, and it is time-consuming, but there you go. You may or may not find your ghost.

You can only ask neighbors who may have lived in the area for a long time if they know anything about such issues.  There is no central database which records who died in which house at any given time.
