Take the RT to Kennedy, then the Bloor-Danforth line to Woodbine, then transfer to the #92 bus which takes you to Woodbine Beach.

you need to go to woodbine subway station.

and from there you need to take a bus going south, and that would take you to the beach.

from the town center you could take the 16 Mcowan to Warden station or the 21 Brimley to Kennedy station.
