I don't think you can unless you know what restaurants they like. Spain is not like the US where there's a bevvy of chains.

You could check into the Visa gift card or American Express but make sure they can be used overseas if you load it with US dollars.

I don´t think you can do that, i don´t know of any places like that. Instead you can go to www.elcorteingles.es and you can give her a gift sertificate for a gift.
