Yes BUT..make sure when you purchase online from any website in the US or a different country that you make sure the website uses Verisign.  How do you verify?  Look for the yellow lock at the top of your IE Browser.  You can click on the yellow lock and it will tell you if that website has been verified by Verisign.  Alot can happen to your credit card number when ordering online...use a Company that has been verified to handle your personal credit information (PCI) in a secure manner.

Yes, you can.  If you use a credit card, it will pay at the current exchange rate.  Some cards do charge a small fee for doing that.

Absolutely!  But, keep in mind the exchange rate when you do make a purchase.... and the shipping rates will definitely be more expensive.

Yeah you can, but at a price. Import taxes and shipping can contribute to a pretty hefty bill. It is possible by all means, but it would be more wise to find a similar item in the US.

When you pay your credit card, debit card, or money order has to have an international designation on it. The foreign price will be converted to American dollars.
