There are 2 ways you can get a copy of your birth certificate. 1. contact the Registry Office of the town you were born,or 2. contact the General Registry Office (e-mail address [e-mail]

Go on line to the General Records Office, fill in you details and they'll do the rest. It will cost £11 plus postage to the USA.
