It is technically Atlantic Standard Time but AST has an annoying tendency of becoming Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT).  We don't observe Daylight Savings Time in the USVI so this can be a pain on computers.  Just make sure your clock is set to an hour ahead of the east coast of the United States and you'll be ok.

St. Croix is on Atlantic Standard Time zone year-round (1 hour ahead of Pacific Time).  I was born and grew up there.  This issue always caused me a headache when there.
