I live in toronto and the weather has been nuts for 1 week!!?

rainy, sunny, rainy, sunny,etc., constantly changing per second. what's going on?someone said it has something to do with a phenomena in Peru (el niño o la nña) but no one else has mentioned it. is this normal?

some say Earthquake weather. But I say The butterfly effect. It's amazing how a butterfly can flap it's wings in japan, and we get a hurricane california.(Just an example. NOT REALLY GOING TO HAPPEN.) So, I think it's the butterfly effect.
