how am i able to get my boyfriend to visit the uk from turkey seen as its anon eu country , and i heard he would need invite papers ? if so how do i go about that please

Call 118 118. Ask for the number for the British Embassy in London. Call that number. Tell them you want your friend from Turkey to visit you, and you can't access the form you need online (it's true, I checked, all that comes up are a couple of links to travel agencies). Ask them what to do next.
