  1. If the sewer lines backed up or blocked - would it cause a back up through your toilets and other drains?  Many standard homeowners policies exclude back up of drains (and dirty water from a toilet bowl is considered a drain).

    For 100 a year - I'd get it.


  2. At 3 dollars and change a month I would say yes.  Like the first guy said if anyone on your floor has a problem it could effect you.

    We all spend at much a month and don't even remember where.... I wish ALL I spend a month and didn't know where it when was 3 bucks ...

  3. I think I would invest in the insurance. If anyone on your level or below your level does something that causes a backup you're susceptible, and, as we both know, there are a lot of really stupid people out there. Well, that's not true. There  are a lot of people who do incredibly stupid things. All it takes is one mistake, and how many people are there at or below your level?
