  1. I don't know, but get ready for the patriotic Americans that will want you and your family arrested, jailed and deported. Try to not be offended, most of them have forgotten that their ancestors were not from this country. Those with European ancestors never seem to remember the murder of thousands and thousands of Indians to steal their land. Now that's an illegal invasion.  It's sad, but I've seen some horrible comments on this issue.

I'd like to know what Native Americans think about the "illegal immigration issue."

  2. Unless you get married to a resident or a citizen, there is not really much you can do.  Your parents should have thought that one out a little better before getting you in this mess.

  3. The only way to get your papers is to return to your home country and apply from there. There is no way to change your status while you are living here illegally.

You had a chance at age 18 for your parents illegal entry not to count against you. If you would have returned to your home country at that time, you would not have faced a ban on returning legally. Now that you are an adult, your illegal status is your own choice.

When you return to your home country and apply for re entry, you will probably face a ban of several years because you lived here illegally.

Trying to file for papers while you are still here will result in your status being exposed and possible deportation.

Hire an immigration attorney to get you through the process.

And thank your parents for putting you into this situation.

  4. You cant actually (get them and use them here)

technically you would have to go back

I don't know how to do it illegally....

  5. join the military.  i had a lot of friends in the military that were not citizens,  but because they served the army helped then get it

  6. I'm pretty sure that it won't be as hard for you to become "legal" as it would for your parents. Assuming that you have all your school records, medical documents, and anything else that can establish that you have been here all your life, nothing more than the money for a halfway competent immigration lawyer should be needed. The only thing that could cause problems for you is if you have a criminal record.
