  1. Type your address into www.antennaweb.org and see where the towers are relative to your home.  Try and make your antenna have line-of-sight to the towers.

    Chances are the stations are moving things around to get ready for the digital switchover and may have moved the HD feeds to a different tower.

    Also - tell your TV to re-scan for channels. This often clears up this type of problems.
